Hi. I’m Sayeda. My greatest passion is to make a difference to others, by helping them make their lives what they really want them to be.
I was born and grew up in Pakistan, but I have also lived in the USA and the UAE before settling back in England. My love of foreign travel has led me to countries including Thailand, Switzerland, Morocco and the Caribbean. I’m particularly aware and respectful of different cultures and beliefs, and I understand that everyone has their own unique needs.
I have a high honors degree in English literature and philosophy, and I’m also a qualified chef. Whilst running my own catering business in Pakistan, life threw me a curve ball, and I chose to leave my home country and start afresh. With a real commitment to moving on, I chose to undertake some self-development courses, and this is when I realised that my true passion is in making a difference to others. It was then that I discovered Life Coaching, which allows me to help other people turn their lives around. Making this difference makes my life worthwhile.
I achieve excellent results by bringing real life-experience to my coaching. I trained at an accredited ICF institution (International Coach Federation, the world’s leading body in coaching standards), and I am now personally accredited with the ICF as a ACC (Associate Certified Coach) Coach. To support my development as a coach, I chose to train extensively in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). I am a Certified Master Practioner of NLP.
I love to coach anyone who has a desire to move forward in their lives. In particular, it is my passion to raise awareness within the Muslim community about Life Coaching and what this process has to offer. It IS possible to move on from difficult expriences and create lives that we truly love.
