I do not run coaching sessions via email or MSN chat. It is essential that I am able to hear my client's voice. Have you ever sent or received a text message that was perhaps misunderstood by yourself or the other person? Our tone of voice often conveys our message more than the words we used to convey it. When we have a session, I am listening for the things you say, as well as the things you don't. These are the times when you truly learn a great deal about yourself and you take the next step towards greater fulfilment.

I am based in London, UK. I work with people from all over the globe as well. Coaching is effective on the telephone so you don't necessarily have to be in front of your coach. I have coached several clients that I have never met face to face. So if you have been concerned about the distance and wondering about how we could work together, please do get in touch.
