This, by far, is the most common package that people invest in. It is designed for those who want to transform more than one area of their lives. For example, if you wish to work on a certain relationship, improve your self-confidence and maybe look at some career or health goals, this will all take some time. Coaching is cumulative and each session will build upon the one before it. We will work on one thing at a time, but you will find that the positive impact is happening in various areas of your life. For these changes to really stick, you will need to take consistent action and have coaching over a few weeks. During this time, not only will you be exploring solutions to the issues you’re facing, but you will be making practical changes in your life as well.
