The aim of this 2-3 (longest session time will be 3 hours) breakthrough session will be to break one longstanding pattern or habit in one go. A breakthrough session is done preferably in person. We will use a variety of skills so you can break through the issue or concern and achieve a concrete result in one, single step. This type of coaching is not always suitable for each situation. We will have an informal conversation beforehand to explore whether this is the best step forward, or whether it is better to break our work into a 3-session package.
