A session may take place in person or over the phone depending on what you prefer and where you are located. Some people prefer to have a mix and that is also possible.

A session lasts 60 minutes.

We will agree to an appointment for a phone session much like face to face sessions. Clients will call at the agreed time.

Each session is run by what the client wants to talk about. By the end of the session, you will feel better, have more clarity and may well have an action plan to try out till the following session.

Coaching sessions are about combining feelings and actions together. I will invite you to take on various tasks in between sessions. As you progress on these tasks, you may feel a sense of achievement. Your self-esteem will rise and your confidence will grow. Many clients have said that they feel different after the session. Things seem clearer and they know what they need to do.

Every coaching session can be different becuase of what we are discussing together. However, one thing you will always find is a safe space where you can say what you like without judgement. I will listen compassionately and without judgement while you fully express your thoughts and feelings.

I will give you the support you need to put to rest any issues and release any hard to get rid of baggage!

Each session will involve teamwork. The sessions are about your life, so it will be your agenda. We will identify the area or the issue you wish to work on. I will ask you key questions that will expand your thinking. You will begin to see your issues from a new perspective.

The sessions may vary in what we do. Sometimes it will be a chat, and at other times we may do exercises together. Each session will be guided by what feels right for you. We will brainstorm ideas and potential solutions together. And you will get to choose which ideas you would like to try out.

I will deliver all of this with a huge heart and a committed desire to make a difference to you.

All you need to do is come to each session with the commitment to make a positive difference to your life
